What does the $300 include?+
You get a complete, professionally built one-page website. This includes the full design, mobile-friendly optimization, one round of minor revisions, and your first full year of hosting.
Is this a full website?+
No, and that's the point. It's one focused page that does the job of ten. Most people don't need more than this.
How long does it really take?+
3 business days from the moment I have everything I need from you. Not weeks.
What are your "business days"?+
My working days are Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. For example, if you submit your materials on a Friday afternoon, your site will be ready by end of day the following Wednesday.
Is this really a one-time fee?+
Yes. The $300 is a single payment for the design, build, and your entire first year of hosting. After year one, you'll have ongoing costs for the third-party services that run your site.
What are the ongoing costs after I pay your $300 fee?+
My $300 fee is a one-time payment for the design and build, including your first year of hosting. After year one, you'll have two ongoing costs: your domain renewal fee (typically annual, paid to wherever you registered your .com) and hosting to keep your site live.
I offer a $50/month "Set & Forget" plan that covers hosting, security, and a set number of minor monthly updates to ensure your site always looks its best. Or if you prefer, you can upgrade to your own hosting account and handle it directly yourself.
Do I need to own a domain name first?+
Yes, and it's worth owning yourself. It's your address online, so it should be in your name. If you don't have one, no problem. It's a 5-minute setup and runs about $15 for the year. I'll send you the steps.
Will I own my domain name after it's live?+
Yes. If you don't have a domain already, you'll purchase one in your own name with your own billing information. I'll walk you through connecting it to your site once it's built.
Who actually owns my website when it's done?+
You do, 100%. Your email gets added as an Editor from day one, giving you full access to edit your content whenever you want.
What if I want to leave?+
I've got you covered. You have full editing access to your content whenever you need it. If you ever decide to move the site elsewhere, I'll download your files and send them to you. You walk away with everything: your text, photos, and code. Then you can rebuild it however you want.
What happens after I pay?

You'll be directed to a quick intake form. Fill that out with whatever you have: your Instagram, old website, photos, how you describe what you do. I build from there. You get a private link to review.
What do I need to send you?+
Whatever you already have. Your Instagram handle, old website link, a few photos, the way you usually describe what you do. If it's a mess, that's my job :)
What if I don't have professional photos?+
Totally fine. We can use what you have. Phone photos work great when laid out well. If you've got nothing, we'll keep it text-forward and clean.
Can you help me figure out what to say?+
Yes. That's most of the work. I'll ask a few simple questions and write it for you.
What if I only have a social media profile?+
That's still a perfect starting point. Send me your handle and I'll pull what we need.
What does my one round of revisions include?+
After I build your site, I'll send you a private link to check it out. You get one round of revisions: one comprehensive list of changes you'd like to see. That typically includes text tweaks, swapping photos, adjusting colors, that kind of thing.
The goal is simple: you should love it before we go live.
